Deerland Grade: D/Smooth. Everyone can enjoy it daily.

※The cotton-textile wrapping of the set is random. But our designer promises that they'll be equally beautiful. :)

This tasting set is prepared for those who love to explore with the comparison.

These two teas both come from the same region, under the processing of the same tea maker, and even made with the same batch of tea shoots. The reason which causes them to taste grandly different is—— the oxidation level of the tea.

By raising the oxidization level close to black tea, the Black Oolong loses some of its floral notes, but contains more aromatic ripe fruit notes and tastes less astringent; the sweetness of black tea has mixed with the freshness of oolong and further results in aromas similar to Rosé or herbal liquor. On the other hand, Deerland Oolong has kept its classic lowland oolong features, the note is crispy and bold, the flavor is stronger and with a bitter finish; it is full of umami and exactly the tea that would re-awaken your senses after an oily meal.
