This light oxidized Oolong is produced in the Mt. ALi area on a regular seasonal basis. Its iconic JinXuan aroma presents profoundly and keeps reminding us why the cultivar has earned the nickname "Milky Oolong". The tea liquid is smooth, tender without bitterness; the notes are flourished with a veil of citrus and Nori freshness.
It is a sweet starting point for people who is new to low-oxidized Taiwanese tea: the characteristics of such light oxidized oolong are easily perceivable.
