After the contract is processed completely, all the personal data is first saved taking into account the retention periods under fiscal and commercial law, and then deleted after the expiry of the deadline, if you have not approved of the further processing and use. Unless deletion is requested by you, until then we keep the names and addresses of customers in our list of orders, but nowhere else. We only use this list of orders in case of problems with an order by this customer. Nobody else has access to this list but Deerland Tea.
