Regular orders will be prepared within 3 business days.
Deerland Tea in Germany offers shipping to most European countries with reasonable postage attached.
Please note: Due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine starting in February 2022, we currently could not accept orders through the online shop from customers living in Ukraine for it may not possibly be delivered. Special order requests and shipping arrangements from customers living in Ukraine might be made via email. Please get in touch with us.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.
For any delivery destinations outside of the European Union, customers will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import Taxes to receive the order. It is important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of costs before placing an order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in extending the shipping duration.

Shipment under 25 kg for shipping within the EU except for Germany
Standard international service from Deutsche Post/DHL or standard service from Hermes is applied
Estimated arrival: 5 - 10 business days
Estimated postage: Free - 25 €
Shipment under 20 kg for shipping to UK and Switzerland
Standard international service from Deutsche Post/DHL is applied
Estimated arrival: 7 - 14 business days
Estimated postage: Cases may be varied
Shipment over 20 kg

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the food safety regulations in Germany, we could accept food items to be returned or exchanged when the original packages remain sealed and the request for return or exchange had been completed within 14 days after the customer received the order. Due to our policy of not reselling any returned food items, the returned items are taken back by Deerland Tea for disposal. If you are not satisfied with the order after opening the package, a possible 100% refund can still be made. Please contact us anytime via email in regard to any feedback on our product and service. For more details on the Return and Exchange terms, please read the following paragraph stated within the AGB Terms & Conditions.
