taste taiwan , see the soul

Taste Taiwan, See the Soul, is a cozy cultural evening where tea enters the kitchen and the screen .

Instead of drinking tea, we taste it — folded into handcrafted dumplings infused with Taiwanese tea aromas, while documentary images stream before us .

As the dumplings are served, stories emerge: of land, food, tradition, and the quiet connections between everyday rituals and cultural memory . Eating and watching become intertwined acts, inviting us to slow down and experience tea in an unexpected form .
